CREW MANAGEMENT

Immigration Support

Visa application (Temporary Work Permit (TWP), Visa on Arrival (Airport & Seaport), Letter of Invitation

Managing competence requirements, arranging crew training, compliance with competence matrix, maintaining training records.

Accounting

Budget preparation for wages and crew costs, cost control and variance analysis.

Arranging crew insurance for death, disability and medical care, handling insurance claims.

Medical

Monitoring medical status of crew, emergency medical evacuation, dealing with doctors and hospitals in case of ill or injured crew.

Maintaining records of crew, arranging flag state documents, application for flag state certificates and seaman’s books, monitoring certificate renewals.
